Appointment Booking: Clients can conveniently schedule appointments through our user-friendly online booking system, over the phone, or in person at the clinic. To secure certain high-demand appointments, a non-refundable deposit may be required, which will be deducted from the total service cost.
Punctuality: We value your time and the time of our practitioners. We kindly request clients to arrive on time for their appointments. In cases of tardiness, we may need to adjust the duration of the appointment to avoid inconvenience to other clients.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Notification Period: Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that plans may change. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list.
Cancellation Fee: Failure to provide timely notice for cancellations or rescheduling may result in a cancellation fee, equivalent to a percentage of the service cost.
Consultation
Assessment for Suitability: Certain treatments may require a preliminary consultation to assess the client's suitability and discuss expectations. We encourage clients to be forthcoming about their medical history and any pre-existing conditions during consultations.

Treatment Results
Individual Variability: Results from aesthetic treatments can vary from person to person. While we strive for optimal outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results due to individual factors.

Payment

Deposit Deduction: For appointments requiring a deposit, the amount paid during booking will be deducted from the total service cost.
